Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only to the following countries:

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) from the moment your order is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery normally takes 7–8 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location.
Please note that seasonal traffic, logistics delays, or carrier-related issues may occasionally extend delivery times.
How much is delivery?
All orders include free standard shipping—there is no minimum purchase required.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
Tracking updates may require 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch. If you have not received tracking information, feel free to contact us.
What if my order is delayed or doesn’t arrive?
If your parcel has not arrived within 14 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team.
If the carrier confirms that your parcel is lost or undeliverable, we will resend your order for free or issue a full refund, according to our policies.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items, as long as they meet our eligibility requirements.

Are returns free?
Yes. Once your return is approved, we will provide a free prepaid return label. There are no restocking fees.
Which items are eligible for return?
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, undamaged, and in new condition
- Not be customised or personalised
- Be returned in their original packaging with all tags/labels attached
- Have been purchased directly from our online store
- Be requested for return within 30 days of delivery
Are there any non-returnable items?
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and still sealed. Items that show signs of use or wear may not be eligible for return.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To begin a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page or email us at contact@rimpub.com.
Include your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for your request, and photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label along with instructions.
How do exchanges work?
Most exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new order. Once we receive and approve your returned item, we issue a refund to your original payment method, and you can place a new order. In some cases, if stock allows, we may arrange a direct replacement.

Account & Ordering
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can checkout as a guest without creating an account. Creating an account simply allows easier access to order history and tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update or cancel it and issue a full refund.
If it has already shipped, you may request a return once it arrives, following our Refund & Return Policy.
